What Should we be Doing?

Racism and misogyny are both concepts with ideas that can occur in any mind, even if a person is against it. Subconsciously, even the most feministic person may have thoughts and/or ideas of misogyny, but it's up to them whether or not the act in accordance with these thoughts. This affects women— because of this subconscious idea, people can have preconceptions about women doing certain activities or getting certain jobs, which can lead to baseless interpretations of a person, even if they don't get to know this person. These assumptions, though without bad intentions, could mean a persons day, career or potentially life be ruined for no reason.

It is our responsibility to ensure that all women are accepted into any work place or environment. The inclusion of all women, no matter their race, level of ability, or mental health is important.
