To all projects, assigned or not, there is always a reason people put their hearts and minds into them. In our team, we all say it in different ways and have different perspectives but all-in-all, our hearts and minds are all in the same place.

Women of colour already understand the aspects of sexism and racism from their daily lives, but to a Caucasian woman, how does it differ. We're lucky that our small team can showcase some different cultures and stories because those are what make us who we are. To share these stories are some of the goals of this team and we are grateful we have the opportunity to do just that.
